1.How can I Rush Orders?

If you have a deadline for your order, please contact us prior to placement. We will always do our best to fulfill your request. However, we truly appreciate if you can provide us with enough time to make your jewelry as perfect as it should be!

2. How about the Packaging?

Your Jewelry will come in an elegant gift box, ready for you to present to your loved one.
The gift box and jewelry documents will be packed carefully and securely in sturdy shipping boxes, ensuring a safe journey from us to you!

3. How about Resizing Service?

Ideally, you’d have the correct ring size when ordering (since our work is custom, we’d like to make it correctly the first time). We also understand many of you are planning a surprise proposal, making tricky to find out the correct ring size before you place your order.
However, there are some exceptions. Some designs and settings, like our eternity rings, are not resizable. Some rings can only be resized within a limited range. If certain rings are resized too much, diamonds on the ring shank/band may fall out easily in the future. With that in mind, please try to find the accurate ring size before placing an order.

4. How long does it take to receive my order?

In Stock - Expected to ship within 3 business days.

Made to Order - Expected to ship within 15 business days.

The transit time is typically 10-20 days by standard shipping.

5. How do I return the goods?

We accept returns and exchange within 30 days of receipt, but shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns. Unfortunately, without exception, we cannot accept returns on used or damaged merchandise. For more information, please see our Shipping & Return Policy.

6. How long will rhodium plating last?

It depends on whether you wear the ring constantly and what it is exposed to. It can also depend on the "body chemistry", sweat and contact with skin. Generally rhodium plating can last 3-12 months. But with rings worn everyday and used while handling solutions and chemicals, you may be bothered by the slight change in color. Please refer to our jewelry Care & Cleaning.
